We hope that you will love your new things but if you don’t, you are welcome to return your item(s).
Simply return the item to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving, we will then issue a full refund (back to the original card used to make the purchase), minus the original P&P cost.
Returns are your responsibility so when returning any item we strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. We recommend this as unfortunately we are not responsible for any items not received. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org via the Contact Us page. Please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return.
Any refund payment due will be made back to the original card that was used to make the purchase.
